1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services of Epignosis Global Leadership Institute ("EGLI", "we", "us", or "our"), including registering for programs, attending events, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Programs and Registration

EGLI offers various leadership and ministry programs including Basic Leadership Certificate, Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree, Doctorate Degree, and specialized courses through our Schools of Leadership Development and Ministry.

2.1 Registration Fee

The registration fee is ₦10,500 (Nigerian Naira) or $10 (US Dollars). Payment must be made to the designated bank account before registration is confirmed. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated.

2.2 Eligibility

Applicants must meet the eligibility requirements for their chosen program. EGLI reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its discretion.

3. Payment Terms

All payments for programs, events, and services must be made through approved channels. EGLI accepts payments via bank transfer to:

4. Code of Conduct

All students, participants, and affiliates of EGLI are expected to maintain the highest standards of integrity, respect, and professionalism. Any behavior that disrupts the learning environment, violates ethical standards, or brings the institution into disrepute may result in immediate dismissal without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, curriculum, course content, logos, and branding provided by EGLI are the exclusive intellectual property of Epignosis Global Leadership Institute. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Your information will be used for registration, communication, and administrative purposes. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties without your consent.

7. Modification of Terms

EGLI reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EGLI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in our programs or use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific program or service in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abuja, Nigeria.
